Our founders bring together decades of experience from both sides of\n the funding equation\u2014enterprise strategy, data and AI innovation from the corporate world, combined with deep,\n hands-on experience navigating the challenges facing nonprofits and social enterprises on the ground.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Together, Nahin and Sara identified a critical gap in how mission-driven organisations discover and secure funding.\n Their complementary expertise in AI technology and sector knowledge drives our mission to democratise access to\n grants through intelligent automation, ensuring that worthy causes can focus on what matters most: creating positive\n change in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nahin brings over a decade of strategic transformation experience from the\n world’s leading consultancies and enterprises to revolutionise how nonprofits access funding. With senior\n roles at Capgemini, BT Group, and PwC, he’s delivered \u00a3200M+ in value through complex transformation\n programmes for FTSE 100 clients and global organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Nahin’s true passion lies at the intersection of AI innovation and social impact. Recognising the\n transformational potential of artificial intelligence, he developed hands-on expertise building FundRobin’s\n sophisticated matching algorithms, automated workflows, and intelligent data processing systems. His unique\n combination of enterprise strategy rigour and practical AI implementation experience positions him to bridge\n the critical gap between AI possibility and real-world impact for mission-driven organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A graduate of the University of Warwick with a degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics and\n Economics, and Harvard Business School’s Executive Strategy Programme, Nahin is driven by a vision where\n every charitable organisation\u2014regardless of size or budget\u2014has access to the funding they need to maximise\n their social impact.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Sara’s journey through the nonprofit sector reads like a roadmap of global\n impact. With over 8 years of hands-on experience at some of the world’s most respected humanitarian\n organisations\u2014including UNICEF, World Food Programme, Malaria Consortium, Care Quality Commission, and\n Bangladesh Women’s Health Coalition \u2014 she’s witnessed first hand both the incredible potential and\n persistent challenges facing mission-driven organisations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was during her time navigating complex funding landscapes across different countries and contexts that\n Sara identified a critical gap: worthy organisations were spending countless hours searching for relevant\n opportunities and crafting applications, time that could be better spent delivering life-changing\n programmes. This insight sparked the vision for FundRobin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Armed with a Bachelors in Business Management from Institute of Business Administration, Masters in Health\n Economics from the University of Dhaka and Masters in Development Studies from SOAS, University of London,\n Sara combines rigorous analytical skills with deep sector expertise and an unwavering commitment to equity.\n Her unique perspective\u2014understanding both the strategic importance of funding and the day-to-day realities\n of grant management\u2014ensures FundRobin truly serves the needs of the organisations it aims to support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From coordinating emergency responses in Cox’s Bazar to developing business strategies in London, Sara’s\n diverse experience across cultures and contexts has shaped her belief that technology should level the\n playing field, not create new barriers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

With\n a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics from the\n University of Warwick, she’s built her career at the intersection of advanced mathematics and real-world\n problem solving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her technical journey spans from developing sophisticated analytics models and simulations at EY, to leading\n machine learning initiatives at TUI, to directing AstraZeneca’s Process Mining Centre of Excellence where\n she scaled advanced analytics capabilities across a global pharmaceutical operation. Each role has deepened\n her expertise in turning theoretical concepts into practical solutions that drive tangible business impact.\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At FundRobin, Nabaa is architecting the intelligent systems that make grant discovery seamless for\n nonprofits\u2014building our AI extraction pipeline that processes thousands of funding opportunities, designing\n the smart matching algorithms that connect organisations with ideal grants, and developing the natural\n language processing capabilities that help draft compelling proposals. Her technical leadership ensures\n FundRobin’s platform isn’t just innovative\u2014it’s robust, scalable, and reliable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His track record includes developing end-to-end APIs\n for B2B services, creating full-stack business websites, and consulting on technology choices and\n integration – leading development from concept to completion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At FundRobin, Ahnaf leads the design and development of the entire platform, overseeing software architecture\n and managing infrastructure deployment to ensure scalability, security, and reliability. His technical\n leadership ensures that when charities discover funding opportunities through FundRobin’s AI matching, the\n platform responds instantly and scales seamlessly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her career journey from software engineer to leading critical e-commerce system deployments across entire\n regions taught her that true quality goes beyond bug detection\u2014it’s about creating seamless experiences\n users can trust. At her previous role as Senior Portfolio Manager, she expanded into account management\n while maintaining her technical quality assurance expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
