FundRobin connects grant discovery, reviewed organisation knowledge, grounded AI drafting and application management in one workflow for charities, nonprofits, universities and social enterprises.
Smart Discovery and Smart Matching use organisation, opportunity, eligibility, location and deadline context to help teams prioritise what deserves human review. A match signal is a prioritisation aid, not a prediction of funding success.
Robin can use authorised Organisation Brain knowledge, relevant evidence and funder requirements to help prepare editable first drafts. Source provenance is shown where supported, and people remain responsible for review, edits and submission.
FundRobin brings discovery, fit scoring, proposal drafting, documents, and follow-up into one customer workflow so teams can act on funding intelligence instead of copying it between tools.

The Organisation Brain is the reviewed organisational context FundRobin can reuse across Robin and proposal work. Your team manages reusable evidence and knowledge in the Organisation Library, reviews what is current, and keeps source context connected.
Grounded AI means Robin and proposal drafting can work from relevant organisation knowledge, source evidence and funder or application requirements instead of relying only on a generic AI model. Grounding improves context and inspectability, but human review remains required.
Missing or conflicting information can be surfaced as Input Required so your team can provide or resolve it. A gap in organisation context is not permission for the AI to invent an answer.
Where source provenance is supported, FundRobin can show the material sources used for proposal work. This helps reviewers inspect the evidence behind a section without implying every retrieved source influenced the draft.
